Question: If I'm not home at the time of cleaning, how can I pay you? ANSWER: The best and most convenient way for you to pay is to visit our Payment Page >>CLICK HERE<< We understand and appreciate that some will prefer to pay by cheque and pop it in the post. The aim is to make it as convenient for you as possible but we would ask that payments be made within 5 days of the clean.  After 5 days we will call to collect.
Question: Do you work in the rain? Answer: Our Rain Satisfaction Promise.
Aquashine is window cleaning technology at it's best. We believe that the Ultra Pure water Fed Pole System allows us to clean in the rain and your windows will still dry out clear.   "Our Rain Satisfaction Promise" means: If you are not entirely happy with the clean after it has rained or on any other occasion we will pop back and clean your windows again.
Question: My back gate is always locked?
ANSWER: Over the years we have found that using a specialist multilock ladder, as seen pictured above, is the best way to access the backs of properties for two reasons 1. The Ladder is freestanding and as such touches no part of the gate or fence. In this way it stops the damage that is sometimes caused by window cleaners climbing over gates & fences. 2. You don't have to  remember to worry about leaving the gate unlocked and evening telephone call reminders.
